href="../">EPP泡沫成型</a>,聚丙烯发泡珠粒（EPP）以PP为主要原料，采用物理发泡技术制成发泡珠粒。主要用来进行模具发泡成型为各种各样的形状和尺寸，以供在不同场合使用。采用聚丙烯发泡珠粒及用聚丙烯发泡珠粒模具烧结成型的聚丙烯发泡产品，和常用的发泡材料，如EPS相比较，就具有许多优秀的性能。<br>1、优良的耐热性能：最高使用温度在130℃，远远高于EPSå’ŒEPE的使用温度。<br>2、良好的尺寸稳定性：EPP的热收缩率小，尺寸稳定。<br>3、重量轻：因EPP的相对密度小，相同发泡倍率下比其它发泡材料轻。<br>4、优良的缓冲性能：EPP具有非常好的韧性和适当的硬度，在负荷较大的范围内具有优良的缓冲性。<br>5、良好的低温特性：在-40℃下，仍具有良好的缓冲性能。<br>6、发泡倍数范围大：从低倍数11倍到高发泡倍数45倍，而且都具有良好的缓冲性能和绝热性能。<br>7、绝热性、飘浮性：EPP是闭孔式独立泡孔结构，热传导率低，吸水率低，可用于绝热材料及飘浮材料。<br>8、耐油性、耐化学品性优良。<br>9、无毒性，不含在毒的发泡济和助剂，对人的生理无害。<br>10、高能量吸收性：EPP具有强韧性，反复使用而不出现疲劳现象。<br>11、环保性：EPP是非交联发泡体，无毒、100ï¼… 可降解，可回收再利用，节省能源和资源。<br>12、使用寿命长，大量运用在物流资材方面，可多次回收循环利用。</p> <p>   其实这个EPP也是现在用的非常普遍的一种包装材料来的，随着现在环保的大趋势，EP将会是有着非常广阔的前景的！</p> <div class="clear"></div> </div> <div class="like"><h3>相关文章</h3> <ul><li><a
